This portable energy meter test instrument adopts internationally advanced new generation digital processing technology and possesses such features as small size,multiple functions,high accuracy and so on.The handheld three phase energy meter test instrument not only has the function to calibrate energy meter,but also can measure RMS voltage and RMS current,active power,power factor,also can store the on-site measurement data and transmit the stored data to computer.The RT3630 portable meter test instrument is equipped with precision clamp current transformer to perform on-site calibration of watt-hour meter without having to dismount the energy meter or cut off power source and measure the voltage,current,power and power factor.
